Projekthintergrund

Zum 1. September 2016 startete ein weiteres Kooperationsprojekt mit nationalen und internationalen Partnerorganisationen. Dieses kann als Folge bzw. Aufbauprojekt des zuvor vorgestellten TeBeVAT verstanden werden. Zusätzlich zu den bereits bestehenden nationalen und internationalen Partnern aus Italien, Belgien, Österreich, Großbritannien und Deutschland, konnte eine Organisation in den Niederlanden, St Overleg Onderw Arbeidsmarkt Theatertechniek OSAT, für die Mitarbeit gewonnen werden.

Projektziele

Im Fokus des Nachfolgeprojektes, das zum 01.09.2016 startete, stehen diesmal die Erweiterung des Diagnoseinstrumentes auf alle Kompetenzebenen im Bereich der Veranstaltungstechnik, der Untersuchung der Determinanten eines guten Coaches bei der Vermittlung non-formaler und informeller Lerninhalte, eines geeigneten Trainings um die durch die Diagnose aufgedeckten Lücken der Fähigkeiten zu schließen, sowie abermals ein Glossar des verwendeten Fachvokabular inklusive Definitionen der Begrifflichkeiten.

Projektablauf

Auch in diesem Projektverlauf werden alle Partner innerhalb ihres länderspezifischen Bildungssystems und deren korrespondierenden Orte informellen Lernens in Kontakt treten mit Quereinsteigern, professionelle Lernergebnisse feststellen, projektintern validieren und die Erkenntnisse projektübergreifend, öffentlichkeitswirksam und in Abstimmung mit den nationalen Zertifizierungseinheiten präsentieren.
Abermals obliegt dem BF/M-Bayreuth als Konsortialführer hierbei die Unterstützung und Mitarbeit bei den Datenerhebungen, das Ausarbeiten von Leitfäden und Berichten sowie die Koordination und Angleichung inhaltlicher und nicht zuletzt auch der administrativen Ergebnisse und Vorgehensweisen.

Project Background

On September 1, 2016, another cooperation project with national and international partner organizations was launched. This project can be seen as a result of the TeBeVAT project presented above. In addition to the already existing national and international partners from Italy, Belgium, Austria, Great Britain and Germany, an organisation in the Netherlands, St Overleg Onderw Arbeidsmarkt Theatertechniek OSAT, could be won for cooperation.

Project Objectives

The focus of the follow-up project, is this time on the extension of the diagnostic tool to all levels of competence in the field of event technology, the investigation of the determinants of a good coach in conveying non-formal and informal learning content, suitable training to close the gaps in skills revealed by the diagnosis, and once again a glossary of the specialist vocabulary used, including definitions of terms.

Project Shedule

In the progress of this project, all partners will again come into contact with lateral entrants within their country-specific education systems and their corresponding places of informal learning, determine professional learning outcomes, validate them within the project and present the findings in a cross-project, publicity-effective manner and in coordination with the national certification units.

Once again, the BF/M-Bayreuth as consortium leader is responsible for the support and cooperation in the data collection, the elaboration of guidelines and reports as well as the coordination and alignment of content and last but not least of administrative results and procedures.
